By accessing our mobile application and website, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on ResetJo's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only.

3. Disclaimer

The materials on ResetJo's website are provided on an 'as is' basis. ResetJo makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

4. Purchases, Payments and Refunds

All prices are in Jordanian Dinars (JOD). Online card payments are processed by MontyPay, a secure third-party payment gateway; ResetJo never receives or stores your full card number.

• Membership and class-pack fees are non-refundable.
• Class bookings cancelled within 3 hours of the class start time are treated as late cancellations and the class credit is not returned.
• One-time drop-in passes and friend guest spots are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
• Gift vouchers are non-refundable and are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.
• Membership freeze fees are non-refundable once the freeze has been applied.
• Community event registrations are non-refundable.
• Where a refund is granted at ResetJo's discretion, it is returned to the original payment method (for card payments, the card used at checkout).
• If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us through the app or at the studio first and we will review it promptly.
