Memberships and class packages may be eligible for a refund only within 24 hours of purchase. No refunds are available after 24 hours from purchase.

To request a refund, please contact ResetJo with your name, contact details, purchase date, and payment reference if available. Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method whenever possible.

3. Processing Time

Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and your bank. We will confirm the outcome of your request after reviewing the purchase details.
